TEAM BUILDER 

Diana Hall 

A team builder is someone who stands on the sidelines and offers coaching and guidance for a team.  This member inspires people to jump on the wagon and be involved as part of the team.  She is enthusiastic and a great promoter of the mission of NAWBO and she readily recognizes grass roots involvement and inspires people to participate.  She was often my sounding board and my listening ear whenever I was struggling with an issue. This member has a way of seeing clearly and that is why the team builder award is going to Diana Hall, owner of Bard Optical.
